Targeted youth support: good practice case studies
These case studies describe existing multi-agency good practice from inside and outside the pathfinders. In many cases they show how the target youth support (TYS) pathfinders incorporated the good practice into the TYS redesign process, and further developed and implemented their solutions to benefit children and young people.
