In November 2007, the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families decided to commission an independent review of ContactPoint's security procedures. The review was undertaken by Deloitte.
The DCSF have published the key findings and recommendations of the review. The Executive Summary and Government response were published via a Written Ministerial Statement to both Houses of Parliament on 21 February 2008. Both documents are available above.
