This good practice document responds to two key reports - Free to Choose (Equal Opportunities Commission, 2005) and Shaping a Fairer Future (Women and Work Commission, 2006) - that evidenced gender-related gaps in workplace opportunities. It describes some of the work done by Connexions Partnerships to support young people in challenging stereotypes and achieving their goals.
