This case study describes the progress Tower Hamlets have made in embedding their commissioning principles and framework. It also looks at work the authority has underway to build on the progress made to date and reflects on some of the common issues and challenges associated with successful commissioning.
The case study features an evaluation of their commissioning principles
and framework document. It also assesses how they have embedded the
systems and processes which underpin successful commissioning and how they have
engaged partners from the statutory and third sectors.
This case study follows on from a previous case study which provided insights
on how to develop a set of commissioning
principles and a framework.
