A selection of joint funding agreements, which have shared by local authorities and their partners in order to provide a useful reference point for others when setting up similar agreements.
Section 10 agreements under the Children Act 2004 have been provided by Ealing and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Section 31 agreements under the Health Act 1999 have been provided by Hampshire, Redbridge, Newcastle and Dudley.
