In these case studies local authorities, and other organisations responsible for implementing targeted youth support (TYS), share emerging practice around developing a locally owned case for change.
The case studies detail the challenges faced, the actions taken and the resulting impact, and offer some implementation tips for the following areas:
- Involving vulnerable young people, their families, carers and
communities
- Understanding the needs of vulnerable young people and of current service
provision
- Developing clear, shared goals and a comprehensive plan for service reform
