In these case studies local authorities, and other organisations responsible for implementing targeted youth support (TYS), share emerging practice around the processes that need to be in place in order to effectively deliver the reforms.

The case studies detail the challenges faced, the actions taken and the resulting impact, and offer some implementation tips for the following areas:
