These case studies look at the impact of targeted youth support (TYS) and TYS-related processes on the lives of vulnerable young people.
Based on interviews with young people, they outline the challenges they
face, the actions they and the practitioners working with them have taken and
the resulting impact, and offer some implementation tips for others working
with vulnerable young people.
Their purpose is to give you a taste of the types of interventions that
practitioners are using to help vulnerable young people, and the opportunity to
find out more about issues relevant to you and your authority.
