This resource contains five success stories offering positive examples of the difference that school-based Budget-holding Lead Professional (BHLP) interventions have made to the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Schools are critical to the success of BHLP interventions, yet feedback from practitioners and BHLP project managers throughout the two-year pilot has indicated that there have been some problems engaging schools in the BHLP process; from completing the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) to school-based practitioners taking on the role of BHLP.  However, there are some real success stories from schools where BHLP interventions have drawn school staff together to collectively meet the needs of vulnerable children and families.

There are 5 case studies from 4 local authority areas.
