This is the final report of the Looked After Children Taskforce. The
taskforce has worked with over 60 councils and their partners to improve
the performance and development of foster care and the commissioning of
services.
The report includes useful references and illustrations to help local
authorities and partner agencies develop strategies for commissioning
placements and services for looked-after children.
