Positively Safe: a guide to developing safeguarding practices, has been developed by the National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations (NCVCCO) on behalf of the DfES Local Network Fund for Children and Young People (LNF).

Positvely Safe supports LNF applicants develop effective safeguarding procedures. It is relevant to all small voluntary organisations working with children and young people. It offers practical suggestions on safeguarding which take account of the capacity and the level of risk for small groups.
