Introduction to integrated working training materials (slides and delivery notes)

Training slides and detailed delivery notes for a short introductory module to integrated working, comprising a 30 minute presentation plus optional discussion and exercise. 

This module acts as an introduction to all training courses on the integrated working processes and tools, providing common messages to all staff.

This module includes brief descriptions of :

• The background to integrated working as part of the Every Child Matters: Change for Children programme.
  
• Key processes and tools and how they support integrated working
  the guiding principles for front-line staff that underpin the Change for Children programme.

These materials were developed to accompany the information sharing, CAF and lead professional guidance issued in April 2006. They provide core training materials which local authorities and their partners can use as they are, or adapt to local needs.
