Overview of Integrated Working Processes and Tools

These training slides and detailed delivery notes for this short training module provide a common overview of the key integrated working processes and tools for operational, middle, senior and strategic managers. It is predominantly an information giving module, based around a 55 minute presentation, with optional discussions and exercises.

This module is a shorter alternative to the four introductory modules on information sharing, CAF, lead professional and information sharing index for managers who do not have time to attend the individual courses. 

These materials were developed to accompany the information sharing, CAF and lead professional guidance issued in April 2006. They provide core training materials for local authorities and their partners to use as they are, or to adapt for their local needs.
