This is an important step in the process in readiness for Decision Point 3. This work could be completed as a workshop to evaluate two aspects:
- Feedback from different stakeholder groups on the proposals for
change
- Integration of proposals to form a coherent new model for targeted youth support that fits within the wider context of children's services
Some of this evaluation work may take place outside of the workshop, for example gathering feedback on the proposals from different stakeholder groups. However, an event of some sort helps to create strong alignment around the final set of proposals and enables any refinements to be agreed with all stakeholders in the room.
It is hard to be prescriptive about a workshop format at this stage in the process. The process guide offers some general guidelines and some examples of evaluation workshop processes that were used during the pathfinder work.
