The Lead Professional in Practice (available in both Word and PDF) module is aimed at all practitioners who need to find out more about the lead professional role and those who are already carrying out lead professional work.
Lead Professional Training for Trainers (PowerPoint) focuses on enabling staff to deliver effective training to support the implementation of the lead professional. It is aimed at those who will deliver local training and focuses on exploring the content and use of the lead professional materials.
The Lead Professional in Practice training materials comprise a PowerPoint presentation with supporting notes for the trainer.
Note: if you want to edit the slides or view the slide notes in PowerPoint, you will need to save the presentation to your computer first and then open it, rather than opening it directly in your web browser.
These products do not teach people how to be trainers. It is assumed that all participants are either already experienced in the delivery of training (at least within their organisations) or will be co-delivering and/or supporting training delivery with an experienced trainer.
