This document sets out the requirements for phase 1B of the Integrated Children's System. It also includes details of the tests for self assessment so that local authorities and suppliers can assess their compliance with these requirements.
This document will enable local authorities and IT suppliers to understand what is required at this stage. It references source documentation where any further information is required.
Each requirement has been structured to include industry standard attributes which are intended to make it unambiguous, traceable, testable and measurable for compliance. A memorandum may be downloaded that outlines rules for acceptable changes to ICS exemplars.
The document also includes two 'exemplar' forms based on the requirements for reference.
