These training materials support the development of the budget-holding lead professional's (BHLP) role which is being piloted in 16 local authority areas.
It consists of two sets of trainers' notes, each with an accompanying slide presentation for use during the session.
The BHLP Awareness Session is intended for managers, supervisors and assistant directors, and gives a brief overview of the BHLP's role.
The BHLP Role Session is for training BHLPs and can be adapted to reflect
the needs of local areas, participants and venues.
