This resource contains a conference report and PowerPoint presentations from the national conference, AHDC: Transforming Services, held in London on 15 May 2008.
The conference was jointly organised by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Department of Health (DH). Ministers at the conference launched a major new package of support for disabled children and their families, as part of the AHDC programme.
