The Regional Commissioning Unit facilitates the placement of children and young people with low incidents and complex needs, including children with special educational needs, looked-after children and those with complex health needs. The unit provides advice on commissioning strategies.
The Regional Commissioning Unit which was set up by the FINE (Facilitating Inclusion North East) Partnership and the Regional Development Worker for Quality Protects.
