These fact sheets provide overviews of specific areas of integrated working. They are intended for practitioners and colleagues throughout the children's workforce and have been particularly useful as inclusions in conference delegate packs.
The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) are responsible for supporting the implementation of CAF, the role of lead professional and multi agency working. More information is available on the CWDC website and the delivering services area of this website.
