Costs and outcomes - research on children in need
The government has commissioned work to bring together a set of research on the costs and outcomes of services for children in need.
The work seeks to improve understanding about how service costs can be calculated, and how those calculations can inform decisions about service planning and budget allocation. It is supported by a range of materials - leaflets, reports and workshops - all designed to assist commissioners and providers of services in using the research messages to inform their work.
