Local authorities (LAs), as strategic leaders of the local school system, will be commissioning and allocating school places, promoting choice and diversity and facilitating partnership and collaboration. This set of websites provides information on schools commissioning-related activities that will help in these tasks.
These activities fall within the Schools Commissioning Cycle (as explained in the guide). Resources for the four stages of the Cycle are available on the Establishing Demand, Planning, Implementation, and Support and Challenge pages.
