Due to technical problems, there has been a further delay to the Quarter 1
payments, which were expected by Organisations on Friday 25 April.
However, all payments have now been processed and should be made
by Wednesday 30 April. If payment is not in your bank account by this
date at the latest, please e-mail CYPFgrant
PROGRAMME with your CYPF reference number.
The Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Grant Programme is a national grant programme, managed by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (formerly the Department for Education and Skills).
The grant programme funds work of national significance to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. These outcomes are embedded in the Children Act 2004 and the Every Child Matters: Change for Children Programme.
2008-09 Grant
The amount of funding available in 2008-2009 is approximately £11m.
Funding is available for both strategic and project grants.
The outcome of the grant programme to start in April 2008 is now available.
Individual applicants are being sent letters from Monday 11 February with their
results. Please do not contact the team unless you have not received a letter
by Friday 15 February. If this is the case then please contact Janet Moore
