Youth Taskforce Action Plan Launch
On 18 March 2008 the Youth Taskforce Action Plan was launched at a breakfast
Ministerial Summit attended by key stakeholders, frontline workers, parents and
young people.
Over the last few years we have listened to the public and made tackling anti-social behaviour a top priority. The Youth Taskforce Action Plan sets out a strong package of actions and funding to continue this approach and do even more to tackle the root causes of bad behaviour and prevent young people getting involved in the first place.

Youth Taskforce opinion poll - young people's views
The Youth Taskforce undertook an opinion poll of over 1000 young people aged 16-19 years to inform the Youth Taskforce Action Plan. It covered young people's thoughts about how they were perceived and their opinions regarding the response to young people involved in anti-social behaviour. Interviews were conducted face-to-face in respondents' homes between 28th February and 9th March 2008 and were held to tie in with the launch of the Action Plan.
